Laurens-Jan Portier joins a.s.r. real assets investment partners on 1 June

Laurens-Jan Portier will join a.s.r. real assets investment partners on 1 June 2025, as a senior portfolio manager in the European investments team. With his extensive experience, he will focus on the large European real estate portfolio and make new investments for the clients of a.s.r. real assets investment partners.

Laurens-Jan Portier joined KondorWessels Vastgoed BV as a real estate developer in 2009. In 2011, he moved to FGH Bank NV, where he worked as a Review Analyst and Credit Analyst for Commercial Real Estate. From 2014 to 2017, he worked at ING Real Estate Finance until he became a Consultant for Real Estate Investments at Sweco Capital Consultants BV from 2017 to 2020. Before joining a.s.r. real assets investment partners, Laurens-Jan worked as a Portfolio Manager for Global Real Estate Investments at Shell Asset Management Company BV.
